Is gigabyte gtx 1060 mini itx oc 3gb good...?

I don't really know about your chip in relation to gaming. Gigabyte is a reputable brand and I've used them in a couple builds, never had an issue. I would not hesitate to purchase their products

I have a Zotac Gtx 1060 3gb ITX. The itx form factor is not recommended. It causes high thermals and a lot of noise. The 3GHZ boost clock on the CPU seems undesirable but could work for CS:GO ,LoL and the such.
