Not really.
There is a chance you can play with lowest settings. An ATI HD6570 or 6670 would be much better.

Keep in mind GW 2 has a rolling hardware requirement and warn users that as they update the game they may need to update their hardware or risk not even being able to play. If you expect to play GW 2 in the long haul, I'd probably start stashing away $5-10 now and again and keep a few hundred on hand for upgrades when necessary.
