Hello,
i played World of tanks on full details.(1920x1080/144hz/Vsync) When i saw GPU usage was 98% and CPU usage was 40%. I am on the GPU limit? Or?

Solution
"when i want to play this game with 144FPS on bigger resolution.. "

That will probably take a new GPU and maybe new CPU....if you want to maintain 144 Hz (depending on the game of course)

That's what it appears.
Although I think if a game let's say....uses one core only...I think it can max out that core....but your CPU usage won't say 100% because it's just one core....so in that case you would be CPU bound.

But being your GPU usage is 98%....I think you are most likely GPU bound.

What CPU and GPU?

What CPU and GPU?

here is my setup:

CPU: I7 6700K/OC 4,6Ghz ,CPU cooler :Noctua NH-D14
Motherboard: GA-Z270X-Ultra Gaming (rev. 1.0)
Ram: HyperX Fury DDR4 16GB (kit2x8GB) 3200Mhz CL13 SR x8
SSD/HDD: ADATA SSD XPG SX8200 Pro /Samsung EVO 750 (120GB) /Samsung EVO (250GB) /Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB
GPU:MSI GeForce GTX 1070 GAMING X 8G, 8GB GDDR5 , Monitor: AOC 24G2U – IPS,144Hz
PSU:Seasonic Focus Plus Gold - 750W, OS:Win 10

Should i monitor only one core?

Actually....you can monitor each core in afterburner if you want.
....and as was said...having the GPU run at max isn't bad.
Are you getting good fps?
Also....if you run a different game....you may find your percentages much different....this is very game dependent.

Yep i have about 144FPS, but in the future i want to replace my monitor for bigger resolution (2560x1440,144HZ) but i dont know what i need to change when i want to play this game with 144FPS on bigger resolution..

I have Vsync enable - Max. 144FPS, Min is 125
