I decided to change the thermal paste on my CPU and GPU since they were overheating. On one screw covering the GPU the screw came out with a bit of the blue layer of the motherboard (Lenovo ideapad 330-15ikb). And now my device manager won’t recognize my 2nd GPU. I’ve tried every method of recovery available on the internet and nothing worked

I beg you please help me

Solution
it got shorted. if screw came out and drop on those mobo contacts while your laptop is running. u got no other option but give it a rock bottom.

maybe u can revive it. clean it everything, disassemble it.. try WD-40 and blow it with leaf blower or air compressor and let it dry.
