over the last couple of months most games i start give me a black screen and my GPU goes loud + its fans go to max speed. this only happens when the game is in fullscreen with max resolution. (games like dead by daylight, dying light, 7 days to die, space engineers)
This happens no matter how long the pc has been turned on, it happens when starting a game after it has been off for the night or after the pc has been on for several hours and its always at the exact same part of the game starting that the blackscreen + GPU thing happens
the only temporary solution i have rn is to play the game on windowed mode with lower resolution, but this doesnt stop it fully from happening since it happened today whilst playing the witcher 3, but this time the GPU didnt go loud with max fan speed.
To add another problem, i have been getting a BSOD a few times with error code: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

everything i tried so far hasnt worked.
i had a clean install of my drivers
windows was reinstalled.
applied new thermal paste.
cleaned my pc of dust.

I think the issue lies with either my GPU or CPU but i want to know for sure.

Motherboard: ASUS sabertooth 990FX R2.0

GPU: AMD radeon RX480

CPU: AMD FX-8320

PSU:Corsair VS550

OS: windows 10

Solution
Download hard disk sentinel and check your HDD health.
The PSU isnt good. Its old and FX + GPU might overload it cause its not 550W its 500W~.
The amperage decides how much it can output wattage on total 12V line which isnt good enough for your current setup.
Soo, if you have friend or somebody to swap psu and check if that is the issue.
Cause you ruled out the software/Driver issue by reinstalling windows.
