is gpu render time important ? im asking this because im hitting 250 fps on my pc but game feels with input lag .

This is the screenshot of my in game performance stats View: https://imgur.com/a/sUWkYQH

The game i was playing rocket league and the gpu render time was 4.1 to 4.8 and the color was yellow all the other ones are green . i dont know if my gpu is old enough or idk. Also this is in a solo practice game when im playing competitive goes from 4 to 5.5 all over the place .

My setup is
CPU : ryzen 3600
GPU :GTX 1050 TI

run userbenchmark.com and post the http link of your result, e.g. https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/28977730

Reset the BIOS by jumper clrCMOS or JBAT or similar (eventually you will have to set the bios priority correctly after that)

check windows integrity
open the command prompt as administrator and type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

check the memory by running memtest.org usb autoinstaller (bootable USB flash drive)

check the hard drive for errors with its manufacturer´s tool

use ddu uninstaller and reinstall the latest graphics driver

what do you mean with bios priority ? mem test should i used with one module at the time or both .

I would benchmark it first and see what you are getting but your 1050TI is your bottleneck part. Rather than peak frame rate I would be interested in the overall framerate variability. At 250 FPS you could be getting some screen tearing. But if your frame rate is moving all over the place during game play (which is more than likely the cause with the 1050ti) against the 144hz monitor you perceive lag and screen tearing at the same time. https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Nvidia-GTX-1050-Ti/Rating/3649 . This is a link to general benchmarks on the 1050 ti. In rocket league the average fps is only showing 101. For anything @ or above 120hz I would suggest a 2070 or greater for optimal experience because you really need to target framerate and frequency to match. It is not that a 1660 super wont push it, it is just marginal with certain games. The 1050 TI is in the same boat as the 1660 with less horsepower. If your monitor will support it try turning the refresh frequency down into the 60 or 72 hertz range and cap FPS at that number and see if the issue goes away. You don't have to run there, but it gives you an idea if it is a bottleneck issue or something else.
