1st off, welcome to the forums!

Yes, a GT 730 and a6 6400k will work in your mobo as it supports a PCIE 2.0/3.0 X16 GPU and the a6 6400k is an FM2 socket CPU.

Make SURE you buy the GT 730 with the GDDR5 vRAM and not the much slower GDDR3 vRAM
