Is GTX 1050 enough?

I'm planning to buy a gpu but with the recent prices (GTX 1050ti costs 60eur more than GTX 1050) i am not sure what to buy for my uncompleted budget build (G4620 , 8gb ddr4). Is the gtx 1050 enough for 900p gaming? I don't mind if i have to turn down some settings.

Yes, it will be fine (the 1050) for gaming at that resolution, in most cases. You can also lower the game's graphics settings to achieve optimal results.

Anything below 1080p will most likely cause cpu bottleneck, especially if lowering settings.
See if you can get a 2 or 3 fan ti, no matter brand, and with maxed out power/temp/voltage limits (moving 3 sliders in afterburner) the card will boost to around 1900 to 2000mhz, which will be enough to get 60fps at 1080p res.
