Is GTX 1050 Good For An 4K HTPC

Ahh ok, sorry I thought it needed one, I think you would be better off with a card that DOES require one, and use an adapter to give it enough power, I can't see that even downclocking it will drop the power draw to less than 50% of its original power requirement.

get a standard molex to PCI-E adapter, or a card that doesn't require a 6 Pin connector.

Sir The Card doesnt Require a 6 pin connector......
The Card is Zotac GTX 1050 Ti OC editon
But the Prob is My PCiE slot provide Just 35 Watts And The Minimum card requirement is 75 watts so also i saw a Video in which it shows a Position on this card for Overclocking
