[SOLVED] Is GTX 1050 suitable replacement for GTX 450

Is Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4 GB GDDR5 128 bit Graphics Card (GV-N105TOC-4GD) a suitable replacement for Nvidia Geforce GTX 450 on a B85M E45 motherboard with a 500w power supply

I mean...a 1050Ti is better than a GTX450, yes.

yes but still not decent enough for todays standards if you know what i mean. Its not worth that $150.

Thanks for that, What would you recommend? Actually I'm wondering if I need anything better as I don't indulge in gaming but do use Cyberlink Power Director very frequently to produce DVDs and edit video so would I benefit for an upgrade?

RX 570 or GTX 1650 Super solid entry level gpu for the stuff you need to do.

I think that may be a problem as GTX 1650 and RX 570 are PCIe 3 my motherboard is PCI e 2
