Is GTX 1050Ti "dead"?

I have a CX450M power supply, and a Gigabyte GTX 1050Ti graphics card. 3-4 months ago (if the card is in the config) there's don't have any output(the monitor is still have black screen). I tried to reinstall the Nvidia driver, bit if I tried to reinstall it isn't recognise my card.. So... Is my card dead or my pci-e slot?

Try connecting the monitor to your iGPU if you have one. If it works then your GPU is probably the problem. To make sure, you can put the GPU to another PC and see if it works.
