Hey guys,i just noticed that i got absolutely same fps in game with stock ryzen 5 2600 and overlocked to 4.1ghz ,tested in Apex legends on Medium/High

My spec:
Gtx 1060 3gb
Ryzen5 2600
lpx 3000mhz cl15 2x8
Seasonic focus gold plus 550w
msi b450 tomahawk
Evga clc 240 cooler (40-45c temps)
Playing on Full HD

Solution
I'm seeing same fps in training location on same place , its about 90-100 and i play with 144hz 1920x1080

The 1060 (3 GB) was quite a bit weaker than the 1060 (6 GB) variant, and, likely is simply not capable of higher FPS at that res...; once a GPU has reached saturation, faster CPUs do almost nothing at increasing frame rates...; generally , if you lower resolution and/or details/textures and get notably higher FPS, then your GPU is obviously a limiting factor...

Yes, the Ryzen 5 2600 can support faster cards than the GTX 1060 3GB. So, technically you could say the GTX 1060 3GB is the bottleneck. The game doesn't have a fps cap, does it?
What are the frame rates you seem stuck at?
What screen rez are you gaming at?

I second what clutchc said, that CPU can handle a whole lot more than what you are throwing at it. How many graphics cards can your motherboard support? I like using crossfire/SLI setup for my PCs, two weaker, cheaper GPUs can combine for a strong performance.
