Is gtx 1060 3gb sufficient for streaming games like PUBG or The Division?

My specs :
AMD FX 4-Core Black Edition FX-4300 3.8GHz Processor
Asus M5A78L-M LX Motherboard
HyperX FURY Memory - 8GB Module - DDR3 1866MHz CL10 DIMM
Corsair VS450 450-Watt Power Supply

I am currently using a pretty bad gpu - ZOTAC NVIDIA GT 730 2 GB DDR5. But somehow I have managed to stream The Division on it on 720p lowest settings. This is how it streams: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NNNBMcA-ZA8&t=488s

I want to know if I upgrade to a GTX 1060 3GB, will I be able to stream on it at 60 fps on 720p on high settings or my processor will still be a problem? As I said I want to mainly stream The Division, PUBG and R6.

This is the one I am planning to buy : https://www.amazon.in/Zotac-GeForce-GTX1060-Graphics-Card/dp/B01KKJAJM4/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1531590781&sr=1-1&keywords=gtx+1060+3gb

Solution

If the streaming is going through the GPU then yes it should make a considerable difference. I know when I was live streaming gameplay to FB it really pushed my CPU but maybe it's not so bad recording it.

The thing is I am still streaming using the NVENC encoding but on low settings at 720p (I also linked a stream in the thread). And as far as I know the NVENC encoding is basically using your GPU for streaming. So since I am upgrading to a lot better GPU, wouldn't it make a huge difference?
