It must have been listed wrong. There is only a 1060 3gb and a 1060 6gb. There isn't a 1060 ti. Both run at the same speeds only one has more vram.

Yeah, they just don't know what they're talking about.

Can you provide a link to the laptop? Are you sure you didn't misread "1660 Ti"?

Not entirely accurate, the 3gb 1060 is slower than the 6gb version as it has been cut down in some other important areas.

Like I said above, either you misread the specs or it's a typo, either way it's almost certainly meant to be referring to a 1660 Ti.

I can't find any results for the laptop model numbers you posted though.

tried to ask them already if the gtx 1060ti listing is correct or just a typo and they just told me to refer to the ones listed in their pricelist

Yeah I saw that, must be a be a typo, regardless of what they claim. The person who responded to your question was probably some low level customer support person who would probably assume whatever specs are listed on their site must correct because they don't know much about computer parts (and wouldn't know that a 1060 Ti isn't a thing).
