Is GTX 1080 ZT-P10800D-10B OEM good?

Zotac is an ok brand. Not among my favorite brands but it is not on my black list either.
If budget is really the issue, I would grab it.

The lower priced GTX1080 I like and the one I am using is KFA2/Galax GTX1080 EXOC. (KFA2 and Galax is the same brand)
You can also look for Gainward and Palit for cheap GPUs.
