Question Is GTX 460 good?

So i will recieve a gtx 460 from a familiar, but he told me that the GPU is very old and can only play older games, i will play BeamNG, rarely League Of Legends, GTA V (can be on low) and Minecraft and some video editing on Vegas Pro.
But my question is, is it good?

now the fastest GPU built into a ryzen is faster than the gtx 460.

You'll be able to run stuff at 720p medium/low for beamng and GTAV although, just asking what cpu you going to be running as beamng is very heavy on older cpu's

i5 4590, i was planning to buy a gtx 760 will that make a difference?

It will perform maybe 10-20% under a 1050 (non ti)

Pick up a used RX 570. That would be far better than a GTX 760.
