is gtx 660ti god enough for games @1080p

My friend bought a new pc with an asus gtx 660ti.

He already had a 21.5 monitor @1080p

He wants to play all modern games on high settings @ 1080p

Dos he need to change the gtx 660ti, or it's ok for 1080p

well actually it depends on games as well. for most of majority of the games out there 660Ti should be able to max them out. for a few games that are known to be very demanding (like crysis 3, the witcher 2) so don't expect to maxing out this ga,e easily even at 1080p

ok, what about the gtx 760?

760 indeed is faster than 660 ti but games like crysis 3 or the witcher 2 max setting are simply there to put any gpu to their knell 😛

Yes agreed with what renz said to complletely max out all games at 1080p including crysis 3 and witcher 2 you may have to aim for gtx 770/gtx 780 if you want to max out AA but gtx 760 and gtz 660ti will nbe able to max out most games at ultra/high on 1080p.
