Is GTX750 backward compatible?

Can someone confirm if Asus GTX 750 2gb gddr5 is backward compatible with pci e x16 1.1 motherboards? like this one MS-7613 VER:1.1

Yes there have been no reported issues with GTX750 in 1.1 slot.

Maybe, there are many OEM motherboards that do not work with many of the newer cards due to bios limitations set by the OEM. And what you have is an OEM HP board.
