Is GTX950/2GB good enough for FSX ?

I have i-7 4770 ( non K) CPU with corsair vengence 8 GB-1600 and nvidia GT-640. I have been flying PMDG NGX and 777 with Active Sky 2012,My traffic 2013 and lots of addon sceneries.I want to upgrade my GPU though and I need some serious suggestion which can allow me to play fsx at 1080 with good FPS......Is Asus GTX950 good enough ?

A GTX 950 will easily run FSX at 1080p; even your GT 640 should do.

I actually dont know how to see / decide my fsx ( or other games) resolution as 1080p.but using multiple addons and view changes hangs FSX on long houl flight .specially when speeding up to 2X.....and I see very few MBs left out of total 8 gb memory in task manager I have specially bought i-7 for fsx only...It really hurts even when u try almost all possible good tweaks ...

I have bought Zotac GTX 970 Extreme Core 4GB.

Awaiting delivery. Will post an update if there is any change in FPS or quality / performance enhancement.
