Is GTX960 graphics card is good for gaming?
I want to play games is this card enough

As with your CPU question, "good" is a very vague standard. There a half-century of PC games out there, after all. This was a solid midrange GPU when release, but it was released in 2015. It will struggle on many recent games, but will play older AAA titles of its time (mid-2010s) and recent games with lower system requirements.

Short answer is no. Its a veeeerrryyy old gpus and won't run modern games at any settings.
