I want to know if there is H710/H770 chipset based motherboards in pipeline in near future?

Well....the H770s have certainly been announced and are "in the pipeline" in that sense.

In stock at your favorite retailer? I'd kinda doubt that will happen within 30 days considering how slow the B760 boards have been to arrive.

Just speculation.
