Question Is HD 4600 integraded GPU enough for work?

I am on a budget and thinking of buying a cheap PC for work with following specs:

i7-4770
Intel HD 4600
8GB RAM
240GB SSD

I know the CPU, RAM and storage are good for my needs, but I am having seconds thoughts because of the GPU.

My needs are: web development (coding, making graphics in photoshop and illustrator, running server and code quickly as well as quick browsing) and video playback at 1080p without stuttering.

If anyone could tell me if this GPU can fulfill all of this, it'd be highly appreciated. Thanks.

I used to do almost all the above things (Apache server with MySQL + Photoshop) on an old computer with Core 2 Quad CPU, 4GB RAM (upgraded to 8GB RAM later to speed up Internet browsing with RAM hungry web browsers).

So yes it can do the job.

Make the ram 2x4GB for dual channel it will help the igp move things along.

If the budget allows bump the ssd to 500GB.

Agreed, that surely will improve the overall performance.

Depending on the intensity of photoshop and illustrator, 8GB is rather slim.
