I'm building up new pc for multitasking i.e.(spreadsheet,streaming,mostly gaming)
here is my specs:
Intel i5-2300
asus P8H61 MoBo
ati sapphire hd 7750 1 GB gpu
8 GB corsair ram
win 7 64-bit
I just wanted to know that hd 7750 will be better for Assassin's creed 1,2, Civ 4,GTA 4 ,Cod MW etc at medium setting?
2nd thing I wanted to know that can I run dx9 games smoothly on win 7?

Solution
A 7750 is a solid gaming card. I have 2 of them in 2 systems. It will bottleneck with an Athlon 5000+ 2.4ghz and be bottle necked by a Sandy Bridge I3-2100. They run nearly silent and just sip power. I've now (2 days ago) put them in crossfire and it's plenty fast for more games with settings turned up in 1080p.

So to answer you, your CPU has more legs than the 7750 will have, but it will play anygame at 1080p on medium no issue. I run high with aa af turned off with plenty good frame rates. If your PSU can handle it up it to a 7770. It'll be a better match for your i5.
The components you have chosen are quite outdated. If you could provide a budget and country of residence i may be able to offer a better alternative. 7750 is a low end card and will only be playing newer games on low settings, for older games it will be better.

First, the 7750 is a very good bang for the bucks for gaming (but still an entry level card). Since the games you listed are all a little old, I guess you should be able to run all of them at medium settings. But I would suggest you look at the requirements for each game to be sure (just do a google search).

Second, Yes you should be able to run DX9 games without problem.

Finally, you didn't say what PSU you want to put in your build. My suggestions would be: Don't go cheap on the PSU, get a good brand (like Antec, Corsair, Seasonic, etc...) with a little more power than you need in case you want to change your video card in the future so you'll only have to swap the card and don't have to replace the PSU too.

I have a Asus 7750OC and it plays games ok for me at 1280x1024. I was able to play the Crysis 3 beta at near high, BO2 at high, I play Battlefield play for free on max, War Thunder play for free on Max. For the price, it's not a bad card and doesn't need external power.

Im from India and have strict budget of 370$ only🙁

People overestimate how much hardware has changed. I run a GTX 260, which is in the same class as the 7750. I run whatever I want. Have yet to run into any issues with playing new games.

And I still run a Core2 E8400 CPU. I don't have any problems or complaints with my gaming experiences.
