Is hd7950 3gb is enough for watch dogs to play

The GPU is fine, but you need more RAM and a better CPU; Your PC will not be able to play Watch Dogs on any settings with good fps.

Yes the 7950 is more than enough for medium, your cpu and ram on the other hand are not up to the task.

6 gb minimum, 8gb would be ideal.

That game is an utter mess on the pc atm, you really do need at least a 4 core.

I had before hd 7850 1 gb i upgraded to hd 7950 and i still have a lots of lags in bf 4 when playing ultra i thought hd 7850 was not enough but now i understand its the cpu and ram which are bottlenecking my gaming performance . Anyways thanks guy for replying

you have a huge cpu bottleneck. your gpu is still very powerful and more than enough to play watchdogs.

i still have a confusing regarding processors which processor is good i5 4440, i7 2600k or i5 3470 among these processors which one can handle future games on ultra settings

the i7 2600 would probably be the best by a small margin in single thread but has hyper threading so in multi much better. Whats your budget?
