Question Is high resolution good for eye health?

Hello friends, I don't know if this is the place of the topic, but is it high resolution or low resolution for eye health?
It sounds good. My resolution can be up to 2560x1600. My eyes started to twitch. I am now looking for a solution.

This would be a better question posed to your eye doctor. Are you receiving annual checkups? A family member had similar issues, she had developed astigmatism and her brain was trying to compensate.
That said:
Resolution itself is likely not the deciding factor on eye health/strain. I personally dont feel any difference on any screen I look at strictly in a resolution sense. Different screen brightness, viewing distance, ambient light, length of use, media displayed, etc all play a much larger role.

It's more than just resolution. You also have to consider screen size and distance from your eyes.

There's also dpi scaling for higher pixel density screens to enlarge what's on the screen (without sacrificing resolution)
