Is HP compaq elite 8100 sff motherboard compatible with intel xeon x3440

I need to know if i can change i5 660 to intel xeon x3440 on this mobo
Both have the same sockets lga 1156 but not sure if the mobo and new cpu will be compatible

100% work (Xeon x3430,x3440). I did such upgrade a lot of times. But you need external Video Graphics card.
