Is HX 1050 fully modular?

hi, guys, i just see this psu on amazon, but the picture on there shows a cable coming out of the psu, but on the description it says modular. http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Professional-1050-Modular-HX1050/dp/B0090I9VVC/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1385937833&sr=1-1&keywords=hx1050I want to make sure its fully modular, since i have the modified cables, and Im also wondering if my current psu 750 w rm 750 would be good enough for two titans and a 3970x?

so the rm 750 will not work? i dont like how the xfx looks though. I have a transparent window, so i want a corsair one. How about the ax 860i or ax 860? whats the difference between them? will they be good enought for two titans and one 3970x? with a bit overclock on titans.

i plan to overclock a little bit; so i might want to consider about ax 1200? how about the size comparision with the rm 750? is the ax 860 bigger than rm 750? and ax1200 bigger than ax 860? i have the corsair 350d and i want to put the psu on the bottom, just wanna make sure all of them are going to fit

thanks, i will get the ax 860 instead of 860i, since they are almost the same. btw, thats a cool "ass" computer and it proves that 860w is good enought to power 2 gtx titan
