Is I3 2120 good match for RX 460

Also if you can help me(bcz no one answered my dedicated thread to this) ,when i open radeon settings on my RX460 ,they open very slowly(it takes them 15-25seconds) ,but when i open them for the second time in small period of time ,they open very fast ,why is this and is this normal?

an i3 2120 or 2100 is only about 30 bucks on ebay these days and would be a big upgrade over the pentium g630 you mentioned before 😛 , it could depend on your hdd or os or even cpu about the radeon settings opening up slow. Tbh I never even open mine up though, I wouldn't worry too much if it takes a little to open it up, just make sure the pc doesn't have any viruses or anything. Or an i5 2400 is even cheap online these days too 😛

Yeah ,but when i open radeon settings ,it opens up ,says it does not respond ,gets blank ,and then opens up again and it then works ok.Im bit worried.
