[SOLVED] is i5-12400 enough for basic 1080p editing and youtube thumbnail making?

Hey guys, i was wondering if an ASUS PRIME h610m-e& i5-12400 is enough for basic 1080p 60fps video editing with basic effects like magic bullet looks and youtube thumbnail making
i'm planning to pair it with a RTX 3050 in the near future (hopefully buy the end of july)

Basic can be interpreted in a multitude of ways. Without a discrete GPU, you're looking at long rendering times.
