is i5 4300U and4 gigs ram enough to run today's games

Ammo here, I want to know if i5 4300u and 4 gigs ram is capable to run trendy games like fortnite etc even on low settings can I get more than 40 fps on games like cs go or new cod series or battlefield......can anyone give me a brief information about it....
anyways keep up the good work I am big fan of the effort you guys put in each article........

The Core i5-4300U is an energy efficient (15W) mobile processor clocked at 1.9GHz, (turbo 2.9GHz) with Intel HD 4000 Graphics.
This means that you won't be able to play games like Far Cry 5 but you might get 35-40fps @ 1280x720 on Fornite with low settings. Also CS GO is playable with detail settings to medium or low.
You won't be able to play COD or Battlefield

Fortnite and csgo on low is possible. Cod, battlfield or any more demanding game since 2013 is basically unplayable on it.
