Solution madmatt30 Nov 5, 2017 No , completely different socket You need to be looking at i5 3450/3470/3570 or i7 3770. You will not get these CPU's new , you'll have to buy second hand. Anything skylake & upwards requires a new board & new ddr4 ram.
