Is i5 6600k worth it upgrade over i5 2310?

specs: i5 2310
gigabyte h61m s2p ( only sata2 no sata 3)
1 tera 7200 hdd + evo 850 250gb ssd ( running at sata2 with 285mbps ssd speed)
vapor x r9 290
8gb ddr3 ram

so if i get these new parts the pc will be: i5 6600k
Gigabyte GA-Z170-D3H
evo 850 250gb ssd + 1tera hdd both running sata 3 now
vapor x r9 290
8gb ddr4 ram!
so will i feel a difference? both in gaming and ssd speed on sata 3? is it worth it to sell my 2310?

Yes, it is definitely worth it for you. You don't only gain some CPU productivity, but the newer platform will benefit you in more ways.
