Question Is i7-9700kf compatible with Asus h310m r r2.0 ?

I currently have i3 9100f paired up with h310mr r2.0 motherboard
I am looking for a cpu upgrade, found a cheap i7 9700f and i7 9700kf
on the manufacturer page it says that i7 9700f is compatible but it doesnt say anything about the 9700kf
my question is will the 9700kf work with my motherboard? ive read online and the 9700kf is faster and the price difference is 5 euro

The manufacturer does NOT list the 9700KF as a supported CPU -- https://www.asus.com/supportonly/prime h310m-r r2.0/helpdesk_cpu/ That motherboard only has a 4 pin supplemental CPU power plug. I think that is why the higher power K CPU is not listed as supported.

Thats unfortunate as the 9700kf is 5 euro more

Would you recommend me any other cpu from the available list?
