Is in the fifth Season of this Tv Series a complete Episode deleted?

Hello. I'm from Germany. Someone wrote on the Internet that the fifth Season of the Tv Series Prison Break has ten Episodes, but I thought the Season has nine Episodes. Is a complete Episode deleted in this Season? If so, is there a DVD box on which the deleted Episode can be seen?
