I want to buy the inno3d Gtx 750 or should I just get the palit version?

Even for companies like ASUS or EVGA which have some of the best cards around you still need to investigate the EXACT model of card.

Other:
1. 1GB or 2GB of VRAM?
2. Does price include a REBATE you have to deal with?
3. Warranty differences?
