Hi,my current hardware is intel Celeron G540 ,Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB DDR3-1866MHz ,Gigabyte GeForce GTX650 1GB(i know it's not a monster but i could play bf4 for example with most of the settings on high) and my motherboard supports and up 3d generation cpus(that's why i'm specifically asking for 3d generation).

Will i be able to play next gen games on decent graphics and fps(60) if i get "Intel Core i5-3570" with such hardware? Will i have to overclock?

I have similiar to that one i5 3350p and in games such as far cry 4 and dying light it is beast, but in acu it is always at 99% usage, all four cores, while the 770 oc is like 70% usage and its stutters sometimes. So imo for like an year it would be good but better get a i5 4th gen.

As the OP is running a socket 1155 motherboard which supports 2nd and 3rd Generations processors only, and an i5 4th Generation processor requires a socket 1150 motherboard, that upgrade path is not possible without replacing the motherboard.
