My monitor is 60HZ , the resolution is 1920x1080 and i already have got: CPU I5 9400F, Mobo: ASRock B365M Pro4 Micro ATX LGA1151, RAM G.Skill Ripjaws V Series 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) DDR4-2400, PSU EVGA BR 500 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX
And i know that it can handle better cards but my budget for video card is 130 EURO Max.

How much would a GTX 1050, GTX 1050 Ti or GTX 1650 be? You could even consider looking at buying second hand, so that one of these, or the RX 570 or RX 580, would be withing budget range.
