is intel i5 4670k compatible with asus a99fx motherboard

I have amd 8350 processor but it has heating problem so i am planning to buy i5 4679k. Is it compatible with asus M5A99FX.

No it is not compatible. The 4670k is compatible with the LGA1150 socket. Intel and AMD cpus and mobos are not interchangeable.
