Hi I am planning a rig with intel core i5 7600 (non K). I will be using mainly for programming and occasional gaming without overclocking.

Do I need to buy aftermarket CPU Cooler or intels stock cooler are enough?

Solution
Yes, it'll be fine. Its specifically designed by Intel to keep that CPU cool and under their temp limits. The only thing that should threaten that is if your air flow is just terrible in your case or your room's ambient temps are super high. It could get a little noisy at times but they're typically not bad.

If you just want something a little better, or you think you'll be utilizing your CPU a lot (hence generating a lot of heat) then you could upgrade. Or if you just want something cool looking.
I don't see why not but.. only I've heard horror stories of people experiencing quite loudness coming from the CPU fan and the probable reason for this is the fan is overworked to maintain the temp because of the rumored "thermal issues" with the 7th-Gen Kaby Lake line of processors. Though I thought maybe this only applied to the unlocked "K" variants because of the standard base clock already high. The "thermal issue" seems to apply to all versions of Kaby, hence I'm still using 6700k. I'm not sure where I read it but it was like 6700k 30ºC Idle vs 7700k 50ºC Idle more or less.

I mean just look at the poor thing:

You certainly don't have to go liquid cooling but there are several affordable alternatives to just using a stock cooler like this $17:

Spend a few more extra bucks and you can get the ever so popular Hyper 212 EVO (Now with LED option for the same price $29.99):

You can pretty much OC given that as mentioned by marko55 you have a decent airflow in your case/cool ambient room temps.

Okay, you saved $ not getting the K. Why not invest the savings in something that will help protect, reduce the risk, and prolong the life of your $200+ CPU. Just look up the "thermal issues" I was talking about above you'll find some threads about it no doubt.

Edit: Also I wanted to add a little tip but you may already know about it depending on where you live. If there's a Micro Center near you can grab a 7600k for only $200 if you bundle any matching chipset mobo you get an additional $30 off too! You can also go 7700k for only $300 and also the $30 off mobo:
