Is is possible to fit a rad on the inside of a case?

I was thinking of buying this case

I would love to top mount my rad but this isn't possible on this case. But could I keep the existing white fans where they are and just mount my 240mm rad on the inside?

It will support up to a 360mm Rad on the front. So a 240mm should be no problem.

Would the double fans in push pull config have any problem?

I don't know that, but many many tests have shown that you gain absolutely nothing from going push/pull compared to either push or pull.

I wasn't hoping for any improvement. I was looking two see if I had the case fans on the outside closest to the front panel then the rad and then the pwm fans closest to the motherboard

Well, then it isn't case fans if you put in front of the rad. All it will do is give you a bit more fan noise.
