Is it a bottleneck or something else causing this issue.

I have an i5 4460, and a GTX 1070 in my rig. While performing fine on other games, battlefield one is absolutely terrible (around 40fps average in on the large scale maps, no matter the graphics settings). I installed MSI Afterburner and found out that on these large maps, my GPU usage is around 40-60%, and my GPU Power is average around 40-50%. All my CPU cores are practically 100% all the time. The temperature of all my components is fine (around 50-60 degrees for GPU and 40-50 for CPU). Is this problem caused by a CPU bottleneck? Or is there possibly another issue that could be causing this, for example my PSU being too bad. It is a 600W Corsair CX. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

This game is a disaster for many processors. 4core-4 thread cpus may not be enough. Yes it is called a bottleneck but i wouldn't worry that much. Your processor is not bad at all, except for you have money to spend for an ugrade

For this particulart game i think not much. You may be favored by newest multi-threaded cpus
