Question Is it a bottleneck?

Hello. Im not really good in computer set-ups. I have an i3 6100 (6th gen) processor and Im planning to upgrade a GPU. Which would be a good choice. An RX 570 4gb or RX 580 8gb. They have a 20 USD price difference. My monitor is a 24" 1080p 144hz.
For now, I dont have plans upgrading my processor since my budget is limited.
My games are NBA2K19, CSGO, PUBG, DOTA2 and some MMO games.
I'm fine between med to high settings.
Hope someone helps me.

The extra $20 is worth it for a better GPU and more vram and its a decent pairing with that CPU.

That's a weak processor. Yes, It might create a bottleneck if paired with the RX 570/580. Though, those games which you have listed are mostly CPU-bound to some extent, but still that processor is not very powerful enough.

Which Video card are you currently using ?

As of now, Im using a GTX 750 ti.
RX 570 4gb and RX 580 8gb is my choice right now.

Maybe a year I can upgrade to i5, but right now my budget is limited. :/

It depends on the game, some CPU heavy games might hold back some of the performance but for most games you should be fine. Then when you have the extra cash upgrade the CPU or go with AMD Ryzen.
