I just recently bought a new monitor(Asus ROG PG248Q) and I noticed a single pixel is out of color in a white background.

On a white background, it is colored cyan.
On a red background, it is black.
On a blue background, it is black.
On a green background, it is green or not visible.
On a black background, it's like a dark brown color.

I used this website to fix the issue: http://www.jscreenfix.com/ and it worked for the first time(it was a couple of days ago) and just noticed it again today. Tried the website again, but it looks like it's not working anymore, or maybe I wasn't using it long enough?(around 20 minutes).

I just need help with identifying whether this is a dead or stuck pixel, because if it's a dead one, then I might try get a replacement for it since I have read that it's almost impossible to fix one.

This is a screenshot of the problem in a red and blue background:

I see. This gives me relief. I'll keep trying to fix it then.

Yes I still do. I will once I have tried all possible fixes for it.

then exchange it. why would u bother.
that monitor is an investment and you're keeping it even though it has defects
