Is it a deal : i5 3570K

I've just seen a 3570K bought in November 2013 for 100€ = 108.4$

Is it a good deal ? Should I prefer to find a deal with a Haswell CPU ?

Well, I was going to get a new MOBO right after the purchase of this CPU actually ^^'

Well I have nothing yet. This is to build a secondary computer.

My budget isn't really defined. I just want to be able to play to CS:GO and some other games (Overwatch might be the most power-recquiring game) without problems (Btw I don't mind if it isn't in ultra).

What I already have is a GTX770 and a Cooler Master 750W.

Should I understand the i5 3570k for 100€ is a reasonable deal that I could take ? (I am well aware that this isn't the safest choice taking an overclockable CPU on the secondhand market)
