Hello, Im buying this mobo because its cheaper than the normal b360 mobo.
Building this to play cs go and fortnite.

Intel Core i5-8400 Processor 9M Cache, up to 4.00 GHz
GIGABYTE Z370M DS3H MOTHERBOARD
Corsair Value Select 8GB (2x4GB) DDR4 2400MHz C16 Memory
Corsair Carbide Series SPEC 03 Red LED Mid Tower Gaming Case
Corsair CX650M 80 Plus Bronze Certified Power Supply
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1060 G1 Gaming 6GB GDDR5 Graphics Card
Seagate Desktop HDD BarraCuda 1TB
Raidmax Cobra RGB 240MM liquid Cpu Cooler
DVD writer

Solution
Here is slightly modified version of The Paladin: Added Hybrid HDD 1tb for better performance for the money and 16gb slightly less speed ram but a bit better latency since it is 8400 so it will not be a big difference. And use the stock cooler for now. decent case fan will do the job for you. Later on you may decide if you need better cooling.

Low quality liquid cooler is no good. I would just take a normal aircooler for that money.
No ssd which would be quite nice to have (240gb minimum since 120gb is really small).
Do you need a dvd drive? Basically nothing is on physical media anymore.

I don't see any problems with this build at all. Seems to tick all the necessary boxes. Although, I would suggest an SSD. It will cut down immensely on start up and load times. You can get a 250 GB SSD from a reputable manufacturer for $75 to $80. That should be more than enough to hold your OS, regularly used programs, and CS GO and Fortnite. You can then use the HDD for storage and games you don't play as frequently.

If you are just playing games then the Intel solution is a good choice. However, if you see yourself streaming or video editing, or even doing other kinds of work, you should consider the Ryzen 2600 for your CPU. You'll lose a little in the framerates, but have greatly expanded multitasking and multi-threaded performance.

Hey, for me the balance looks quite ok. Instead of the Raidmax (overdone for a non-K-CPU) I would suggest to go for a good and fitting air cooler and recommend to go for 16GB of RAM. The Carbide offers a CPU cooler clearance of 157mm.

if you value your build, change that power supply for something better than low end 80 bronze. cx psu.
and you dont need 650w since you wont be overclocking that cpu.

curious what is the total price you have going ? what country are you in ?

suggestions based on your build.
- replaced your low end aio with a proper one that wont die next week on you no oc means you dont need 240mm
- changed motherboard to match cpu and cheaper than your board.
- upgraded PSu.

Question from 1lang- : "Good build for gaming"

Solid little build , the stock cooler is fine.
You could drop to the cx450/m psu if it's significantly cheaper - it's more, than enough ,that's a 250w max you'll be pulling with those components.

You'll need to purchase an extra sata cable , that board only comes with 2 included & you're using 3 drives.

I am not thrilled with either build if you are restricted to the parts on each.

The RX570 is marginally stronger than the GTX1050ti.
Two tiers higher on tom's gpu hierarchy list:
https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gpu-hierarchy,4388.html
The corsair VS not considered as a quality psu:
Here is one tier list:
https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/631048-psu-tier-list-updated/

450w might not be as much as you want for a RX570:

120gb ssd for windows is too small. 240gb should be minimum.

Seagate does not seem to be as reliable as wd or hitachi.

Love the i5-8400
