Is it a Good buy?

Hey, guys. I'm wondering there is a sale of a shop which for me in SG they are selling the MSI R9 290X Lightning for S$559!

My build is this does it work or not? Budget is S$1500. This build is 1.4k ish.

The parts are :

CPU - i5 4460

GPU - MSI R9 290X Lightning 4GB

Motherboard - MSI Z97 Guard Pro

RAM - 8GB Corsair Vengeance

SSD - Crucial MX100 256GB

HDD - WD 1TB Blue

COOLING - STOCK

PSU - Corsair CX600 [600W]

power supply should be a least 700watt because of your graphics card, go with a 1000watt so if you want to buy another GPU later you can crossfire it with no problem. If you don't care about crossfire them just get a 750watt power supply. I would recommend the EVGA 750 Supernova or EVGA 1000watt.
