Is It a good idea to use a SSD as my boot drive?

Little tip, when installing Windows only have your SSD in the oc. Once running then add your HDD.

There'd be little point in buying an SSD if you didn't intend to install the OS on it - - - you'd be losing out big time on the amazingly fast boot time it gives you compared to an HDD. It doesn't stop there though, Windows itself will be a lot snappier in use.
