It's Rs80,000 to Rs90,000 which is about $800 to $900. I live in Pakistan so the product you will choose may not be available here easily still let me know. And is this a good PC?

change the 960 for a rx 480 8gb

no need to get i5 6600k if you aren't overclocking. get the i5 6500 better in price plus no need for aftermarkt cooler or a expensive Z170 mobo remove then your cm cooler and put now the money in the rx 480 8gb and a ssd for comfort

Okay no cooler and 6500 processor. What about the motherboard i have chosen? Rx480 is not available here and maybe not for a few months.

then get the gtx 970 or the r9 390 8gb go for the cheapest in your country both are same in FHD gaming.
for the mobo it's fine, but if you want an atx board with a lote of features get this Gigabyte GA-H170-D3HP
