Okay to start this off, I am a 16 year old gamer, who isn't good with computers and such but I'll try my best to describe what the situation is.

This happened around two months ago, and I haven't really gone to seek any help yet for some reason. Anyways, it first started with noticing my FPS began dropping in the games I played. My computer began freezing up, and it also began crashing or randomly restarting while I'm doing something. At one point, it began crashing or freezing like every five minutes. If I can recall, I'd also hear beeps prior to it crashing or as soon as my computer restarted (not sure which one but one of them used to happen a lot forsure). Then one day, I tried to turn on my computer and a message appeared, "The current bios settings do not fully support the boot device" and it would take me straight to BIOS. In BIOS, there are no boot options under boot priority, so ever since this happened and I couldn't boot up my computer anymore and I don't know what to do.

TLDR; At first my fps began to drop, pc began freezing and randomly restarting, it would beep upon or before crashing and restarting, then it stopped working and I can't boot it.

If I put this in the wrong section of the forums I apologize, this is my first time posting a thread here and I didn't really know where I should put it.

What does a CMOS reset exactly do and how do I perform a CMOS reset?
