Is it advisable to bring my PC in the car?

I am moving to NY in a week or two and the moving company we are using doesn't insure computer components. Thus, I am bringing my PC with me on the drive up. I kept my case boxes and styrofoam, so it packs up nice and neat. Will my PC be safe from harm this way? If there is somehow rattling and my GPU is dislodged, will it cause any damage ('cause if it does I can get a new GPU without having to morally justify it, but that's an issue for another thread)? Do I need a pillow? Do I need reality-bending powers to ensure that my PC is safe?

UPDATE: I kinda want to know if there is something I can do that will dislodge my GPU and damage it in such a way that it seems like an accident and doesn't damage anything else, but I probably won't do it (just for knowledge's sake).

Solution

It will almost certainly be OK, as it is currently built.
The PC gets handled twice.
From your room to the truck.
From the truck to your new residence.
In the truck on the way...it will be fine.

PC's are shipped in fully built configuration all over the world, every day.

Update: Not enough space in the car, so I have to put it in the moving truck tomorrow. Should I maybe take out the PCI-E slot screws? Could that dislodge the graphics card and damage it, or is being bumped around in a moving truck bad enough?

As said...if you have a huge GPU, consider taking that out. Also maybe if you have a really large air cooler.
Other than that...all is good.
Whatever is screwed in, leave it screwed in.

Ya see, the moving truck is coming tomorrow and I don't have any box or anti-static material for my GPU. Will my GPU be safe, or will it be damaged?
